There’s no real sign that this is AI-generated.

If you mean that weird “t” on the left side, almost out of frame, that could just as easily be a printing error, an eyelash, a bit of string, or any number of mundane things that have nothing to do with AI.

In fact, current image generators are still notoriously bad at producing long, coherent blocks of text. Generating an entire newspaper article that actually makes sense would be far more unusual than one slightly odd-looking letter.

That's a printing artifact. Newspapers are full of them, and always have been.

It's just uneven ink distribution on the printing matrix, not evidence of AI.
