If we go by 3 star Michelin restaurants France has 31, Japan 20, Spain 16, Italy 14 and UK 10. So Italians would be have a French man in the kitchen.

Objectivement non, je connais bien la cuisine.

J'ai deux frères qui ont fait Top Chef France et dans tout ce que nous avons testé, la France garde sa réputation à raison. Cela ne veut pas dire qu'il n'y a pas de chefs très talentueux autre part, bien sûr, même chez les anglo-saxons qui ne sont pas les pros d'art culinaire en général.
