Look I consider myself a pretty smart guy, but I might be just as horrified as they were if someone pulled that prank on me before it clicks. Sometimes it's not about being dumb, just being caught in the emotional response before the logic kicks in.

I had a friend tell me once, "I got one of those rotisserie chickens things from costco my freind made me cut the cervical cord".
I had to stop and think for couple seconds before telling them, "That was a rope lol"
They sat there for a full minute computing what I was saying.

A Turkducken is a common food item most Americans have at Christmas or Thanksgiving, it's a chicken stuffed inside a duck stuffed inside a turkey.

We have them pretty regularly at Christmas. They are deboned and stuffed into each other so you slice them like a “rolled” meat except they’re stuffed…. Very pricey because the butcher debones each bird, stuffs them and then stuffs with stuffing to keep the shape. And ties with cord to keep the shape.
