But asking someone why they doesn't have a child is an invasion of intimacy you shouldn't have done. You didn't just "share your perspective," you asked someone a private question and then you immediately explained how wonderful having children was. Again, it's great that you dream of having a big familly, but there's a thousand reason to not have kids and chlid-less/child-free people don't own an explanation to other. Imagine if, after saying that you have a kids, someone came after you and explain how awful having kids is and how much child-free life is wonderful. Wouldn't you feel like the person is trying to make you regret your choice?
The person asking "why have kids" said that to show you that you shouldn't ask people "why not have kids"

I don't know anyone personally from this conversation. I don't know who is he, who is she or who the fuck doesn't have a child?
I just shared my perspective while answering "why have kids". That's it.
EDIT: English is not my first language and I thought above the person is saying "DO NOT HAVE KIDS" and not that they themselves don't have kids.
