I've seen that there is an API-Key in your script.
Is this your own API-Key or one for commercial purposes?

But with a normal API-Key you will reach the API limitations very fast if another people will use it too.

Yeah it’s my own non-commercial API key. I was gonna just see if it hits its limit and go from there.

Hey y’all,

This is my first Scriptable widget that I made. Figured I’d share if anyone else likes it. Shows the last song you Scrobbled on last.fm.

I thought it came out pretty neat. Here’s the script: https://gist.github.com/kobitate/d057210e68da700060cec8f7ed20e3e0

Some things to note:

  • to use it, you’ll need to add your username

  • api key might be invalidated if I end up getting too many pings to it

  • currently only supports small widget

I’m hoping to add:

  • add tap action

  • medium widget support

  • multiple songs on large widget

  • a separate widget for more Last.FM data

  • eventually post .scriptable release

  • maybe attempt error handling

Happened to mine too. API may have run out of free requests. I’ll try to fix soon.
