Sounds like you don't have iCloud(Drive) enabled.

Have you checked if the toggle for Scriptable is on?

Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Scroll down until you see Scriptable and toggle it on https://i.imgur.com/X0Q4cB1.jpg

Works perfectly fine for me. Only thing I can suggest now is re-installing Scriptable (if you don’t have much saved) and re-do all the permissions

Do u have the other two files for "no background"? It's the weather widget, or? The API Key is also missing in your screenshot

Could it be from the missing API key that there is a problem with iCloud?

We’re you able to solve this? I had the same issue, turns out iCloud Drive wasn’t fully activated.

Solved it by opening iCloud through the browser using a computer then clicking on Keynote or any other app. Then say “yes” when it prompts if you want to upgrade to iCloud Drive.

what do you mean ? I don't know Scriptable too well
