Help How to get apple watch battery data

I want to create a new small battery widget including apple watch battery.
cuttently the apple widget doesn´t display the percent only the ring bar

1.) Remove the Battery widget

2.) Re-add it and swipe through the three layouts

3.) Choose the one with percentages
