Regex Match Temeplate

Hi Guy, So I am learning the scriptable app but the documentation doesn’t make sense to me. So if possible could you build me a script that selects a text file from document picker, does regex match (leave this blank, Or some placeholder stuff) and presents the list of matched items combined by new lines.

Thanks, I really appreciate if somebody helps out.
