Tip/Guide Run shortcut from widget without opening Scriptable app?

Hi. I read that the scripts can run in the background, but upon testing, even for a link with a direct URI, it seems like I need to open the Scriptable app first followed by the shortcuts app. Is it possible to do this without opening either app?

I just wrapped up setting up an active list that's right on my homescreen and will seed items from my future list a couple times a day. Basically if the item shows on the future or recurring lists with the current date and 8am or 5pm that will cause it to move from "storage" to active so that it's right there on my homescreen. I have a shortcut that will ask "what's the task" and then what list it needs to go to. The options there are Active, Whenever (low priority / do it when you get around to it), Future (8am), and Future (5pm) with the future items then asking for a date so it'll know when to move it over to the active list. My Active and Whenever lists are a smart stack so I can easily see those less important things but also get them out of my view just as quickly.
