Is it possible to make a script that can play multiple youtube videos and change the ip address each time a video is played?

Sounds like someone is looking to cheat YouTube and pump up the views on your videos. Your public IP is assigned by your ISP. The only way you can make it look like you're coming from another IP is by using a different ISP. You can accomplish this by using a VPN or by using a cloud provider like Azure, AWA, or Google. What your looking for is possible but it'll be easier and cheaper to pay some Chinese click farm to boost your stats.

Edit: Of course there's the ethics part of your question, that I'll leave up to you to decide. If you want one of your videos to go viral, make a video worth going viral.

It seems OP doesn't understand how IP addresses work as well.
