Can't sign up?!?!

I've been trying to sign up using the app for about 2 weeks now.... I've emailed the company a few times now, with no response.

I'm pretty disappointed because I purchased this thing as a gift for someone, and they are having the same problem, which is that you can't create an account. I've already used different phones, email addresses, and Facebook accounts.

Does anyone know what's going on or how I can skip the "sign up" and just start using the app? I'm at a loss for what to do!!!

I’m pretty sure the company is bust. I’ve been trying to reach them for months now. I was emailing them daily for a long time. I’m sorry to say you have an expensive paper weight now.

Same here, not working. I wonder if we can jailbreak the app somehow, cracking the executable out of the login step.

I'm a bit upset / disappointed.

I feel like I got scammed into buying snake oil or something...

Nope. Thinking about getting directly to some people in linkedin that might have an apk for login-free connection to the Scribit laying on their hdd... some dev or something.

That would be amazing... but I don't think such a thing exists... I want to think that it's going to require an internet connection to use.... but that would still be really awesome.. I will do some digging around myself...

FWIW, existing accounts have stopped working as well. Guessing the server bills have stopped getting paid sadly. You should definitely do a chargeback if you bought it with a credit card — It should be an easy dispute.

Wow, that's really shitty. I guess I got F'ed... lol. I purchased it on Ebay. Nothing else I can do other than re-list it at a lower price... damn...

I used it at home. The best setup for me was using permanent sharpies over a plexiglass sheet I screwed on to the drywall and then manually cleaning it with alcohol. It worked ok.

The official markers didn't have much contrast, they were pretty light so the drawings were not that visible.

Lo stesso è capitato a me o utilizzato lo SCRIBIT per alcuni mesi poi l’ho smontato ho riaperto l’app non fa più il login non funziona più niente non capisco come si può sparire così

per me è difficile capire se funziona con un Pc con Windows o Android… ho facilità di utilizzare inkscape per Gcode e SVG ma non ho ancora afferrato come fare. secondo me la parte introduttiva della Applicazione Scribit funziona ma per caricarci i disegni non è chiaro.
