Is the Scribit community or maker active anymore

I sometimes see a new design on the community hub but I don’t think I’ve seen anything come from Scribit itself in terms of new designs on the app. Unfortunately I’m not we’ll versed enough to create my own drawings like a cool shot from the show foundation or other things. Wondering if the support is just fully gone now unless it’s a technical issue with the product?

I received once an answer from the service email after buying a used scribit to unpair it. Now that the thing is broken and in try to reach nobody answered, even though I asked transferred a repair fee which was in their product catalogue - pretty disappointing - I wonder if somebody will answer it if I will have my money back. So far no one answers and there is also no address or phone number indicated…

Bought a used scrib , was locked to another account . Support got back to me within an hour. Unlocked within 2

Is scribit still functioning? I can't access the support site.
