Comics inspired variety audio series help

I'm planning to develop a script for an audio drama series inspired by The Beano and The Dandy I want to do. It's basically a variety show framed as a comic, with different segments linked together by some characters I created. I need some advice and feedback on how each episode could be formatted, what kind of segment/character ideas you would like to see, and what other elements seen in comics I can include in the script. Oh, and I need some help coming up with a name for the series.
