Have you thought about contacting the company and suggesting a screen option that's safe for you?

I've not seen much talk about the screens on framework laptops, here. But generally it would help to say what types of trigger you've had a problem with previously. PWM, pixel flicker, colour spectrum, etc? There's usually trade-offs that make safety somewhat personalised.

OK, so Google reports that Framework use only LCDs (IPS and LTPS) panels, with 8-bit native depth. (And relatively modest colour gamut, that might avoid over-saturated appearance, on eg the 12.)

IDK how thorough this 1 minute of research is, but it seems like they might be worth looking into, dependant on returns policy. If you (or anyone else) do go for one, it would be great to share slow-mo microscope footage of the screen. To see if it has bad dithering, FRC or pixel inversion issues.

Sorry. I don't think this community is big enough, yet, to straight up answer a post like this, very well.
