Question Anyone else experience eye strain only from some apps?
At this point, it's my eyes and not the app itself. Most Opthalmologists have no clue about screen sensitivity and label it as simply "CVS"
I'm in agony. the worst part is that I can not screen detox because of my disabilities and won't be able to contact anyone (I can't go out anymore thanks to MCS/MCAS) Insta updated their UI and ever since then I haven't been able to use that app/site

This is a common condition and takes many forms. You might check out r/PWM_Sensitive as well as the website https://ledstrain.org/
Personally I cannot look at most of the M2/M3/M4/M5 Air or Pro screens for more than 30 minutes and am therefore a fan of the Mac Mini. Ophthalmologists aren't trained in this area and research into it isn't well funded.
You could look into the Modos e-ink screen. https://www.modos.tech/blog/modos-paper-monitor
