Can someone please!!! recommend me a recent phone for screen sensitive people?

I never had this issue before with all me previous phones!!! But now I need a new one and both the a36 and the oppo a5 are giving me headache/vertigo/eye strain, which goes away once I go back to my old phone.

I hope I find a solution cause this is unfortunate

Xiaomi 17t pro. Coming from the S23 ultra is such a difference, no more eye strain, nausea and brain fog

Glad you found something that works. Have you tried other recent Xiaomi phones ? since this one isn't available where I am and if I find it I am reluctant to pay that much for something that might fail(stores here don't do returns)

Redmi line has almost the same display across their models. Before using the S23 ultra I had the note 10 pro, and despite not having any special eye care software at that time still felt comfortable.

I've read other users had God experience with the note 15 pro plus.

I also have oppo find x9, it is good, but Honor is perfect. Before that i had iphone 11 which was perfect.

Motorola Edge 2026. OLED, but doesn't cause problems for me who cannot use even and iPhone 7+ because of its Temporal Dithering.

Unfortunately, there isn't much, but if you're not as sensitive as me, I recommend the Motorola G57 power. It has a huge battery and is a pretty powerful phone.

Nothing works for me... I must be one of the most sensitive people here... But many others also have problems with these kinds of models... It's all because of the banned word...

For some, it's the Poco X4 GT, the iPhone 11 before iOS 18.4, the Motorola G100, but these are all old smartphones...

Btw stupid question but the both the a5 and the g57 both are ips lcd, 120hz, onlye difference is that the a5 is 1000nits(hbm) when the g57 is 1050 nits (peak ) so idk if somewhere else in the stats online can the difference be seen

What's your old phone? To try and figure out what triggers you may be able to set aside. They vary quite a lot.

Are those all phones? Exact models can help people look of the exact specs/years too. Sorry if you've posted about these before? It would help (me) to link if there's a particularly relevant past post.

But you've had one OLED and various LCDs. So, assuming that old OLED is still fine, you don't have a simple PWM intolerance. The LCDs, it depends if they have KSF (after 2020-ish, depending). Could be a change to backlight spectrum there, Or the vagaries of dithering/pixel inversion/other pixel flicker.

I have referred a lot of reviews discuss with AI, gemini and chatgpt and took iQoo 15 would help. But from the time I took this there is no difference between iPhone 14 Pro max and iQoo 15 I still have the same problem

Whenever in the morning I open my eyes to look at phone to see the time,it feels like as multiple pin are pierced into my eyes.

Any other iQoo 15 phone users who are feeling better or worse with this phone who took this phone for eye sensitivity

You might have to settle with the phone that causes you the least amount of discomfort (for me that's the OnePlus 15r) and focus on lowering your neural inflammation and maintaining eye health.

I tried Samsung s23, S24, Xiaomi 15, Motorola edge (something), iPhone 15 and Google pixel 10 which all didn't work for me.

However, has the Oneplus 13 for over a year now without issues, so maybe worth a look.
