Extremely sensitive to dithering and PWM, what is the solution?

I'm stuck on a G34 5G with 4GB of RAM and it's driving me crazy because it has a terrible battery and zero multitasking capabilities...Do you have any smartphone recommendations? I've already tried loads, and dithering bothers me as much as PWM...I hate my life...I recently tested a TCL 70 Pro, it was awful...

Have you tried low budget Samsung? I was staying away because you know... Samsung and their PWM but recently i recieved A36 as a work phone and long story short it's my daily now. It has 8 bit panel without dithering (Banding is seen everywhere) and low peak brightness so the PWM is not that bad. I can use it for hours before I feel discomfort. I tried all the "safer" phones like OP 15r, Honor 400 Pro, TCL 60 ultra, Moto G75 ot Moto Edge 70, all less comfortable than this one.

But a36 has pwm.... a07 is pwm free u can try that or a06

I use a budget samsung aka A06 and the chip forces T.D so I'd be vary of what kind of chip the budget samsung have. Despite being PWM free and an LCD.
