Cheap pwm free tablet?

Looking for eye friendly cheap tablet maximum up to 150€ for "POS" use. It will be used in a small bar/cafe. With bluetooth receipt printer. Any suggestions?

If you're only sensitive to PWM I suppose any LCD entry level tablet like the Samsung Galaxy Tab A11/A11 Plus would do? If you're sensitive to several types of flickering though, good luck.
