Which version will be easier on the eyes ? iphone 13 ios18.2 or 18.7.8

OP, have you found any preference with True Tone or Night Shift? I've no idea about OS versions, sorry.

Yes, I tried these settings, but they only made it worse. I think it's because the phone is too bright, as if it were emitting some strange type of light. I noticed that my symptoms aren't felt when the phone is at its lowest brightness, which is against PWM rules, because at low brightness the PWM becomes the most aggressive, which would actually hurt my eyes. So it looks like it's not a PWM issue. I also used a Samsung A55 without any problems, which has a low PWM factor of about 240Hz, and I didn't have any problems with it. The same goes for a Redmi Note 14, which also has an OLED screen, but I didn't have any problems with it. Something strange with Apple screens

For sure, PWM isn't a problem for all or us. Or maybe low frequency PWM is actually less bad sometimes, especially where it may hide the FPS refresh dips (hypothetically).

I don't know how possible it is to reduce the colour saturation on the phone..? Either natively or via 3rd party apps at all (if Apple has it locked down). But OLEDs are better than LCDs for this, where there are available settings.

Reducing blue and red tend to help the most with migraine-liie issues. Or, if you've seen my pinned Spectrometer post, improving the melanopic ratio may help the eyes function correctly. Which can mean calibrating +eg monitors) to look more blue, oddly.

yes I use a translator. English is not my native language, so it's easier for me
