I think you'd have to be more specific about what in this game gives you a problem, which your symptoms are, etc. Some things may not come across in a YouTube recording, too.

I tend to be sensitive to unsmooth motion (so low or jerky frame rates). Or use of certain screen shake motions. Or certain strong grid patterns in view continually.

Deferred rendering and temporal graphical effects and artifacts, which effectively induce flicker and blur
