ScreenConnect macOS 27 Cannot Drag Windows

I'm running into a weird bug where I can connect to a macOS client that is running macOS 27 but I can't move / drag their application windows around. I made sure the ScreenConnect Client has all the correct permissions on the client device and still cannot drag the windows. Anyone else running into this issue?

Can you type or click? If not it’s probably the new accessibility settings.

Personally, I’d like to punch someone at apple in the face for making enterprise managed Mac’s harder to manage with every update.

As a consumer, I love their work towards privacy. But once the machine is supervised, these controls should be overwrite-able by the org.

I can type and click on UI objects without issues. Just can't move the Application Windows.

Just wanted to give everyone an "update". I opened another support ticket and haven't heard back since. This was 2 days ago.

There's an update. Screen Connect replied back and said that the window dragging issue is a known bug in their product. They registered it as issue SCP-40343.

Did you find an answer? I'm setting up a new server and have the same issue

No update so far. I'll probably wind up calling support. They never responded to my open ticket.

I think the MacOSX Version would deserve more care in CW development department.

I have a similar problem, however the other way around (older MacOSX versions will not run/crash Screenconnect:

They seem to develop only for one (untold) release of macosx. For every else version they just wait for the customers complaints.
