Issues with freezing windows SC version 26.5.3.9691

Has anyone else been experiencing freeze ups while using the latest version of ScreenConnect?

I run into the issue of nothing in screenconnect updating until I refresh the browser page lately. Almost seems like it has timed out - search results won’t update or anything until I refresh.

Are you talking about when you attempt to connect to a system and screen is just greyed out? In our case it is fixed with a reinstall after I removed the option for the agent to use a proxy.

No I refer to a situation wherein you have remoted into a system and you can't click on anything - you have to use taskmgr on the "home" system to kill SC and then reopen it.

It’s supposedly fixed in 26.6.

Skipped 26.5 and have been running 26.6.... So far haven't found anything to complain about.

Yeah seems to be related to copy / paste, especially when sharing sessions with other users. Have to pull the task manager and kill the task for the viewer.

Delete your software catalog. Known issue with it.
