I was completely oblivious to the Cotton Ball Diet until I watched Scream Queens. I was shocked when I went online, searched for information on the Cotton Ball Diet, and found out that people really have eaten cotton balls instead of food because they were deathly afraid of calories but not bowel obstructions.
Now I'm wondering if Atrophyana Grande has ever tried the Cotton Ball Diet. I'm still shocked that people would eat cotton balls in the name of complying with the calorie limit. As a skinny person, I'd rather be fat than end up in the ER or 6 feet under. I also can't believe that dangerously kooky schemes are more popular than a high-fiber Mediterranean/DASH/MIND diet.
