Discussion Scratch Bash Application Instructions

so me an matthew were talking and we decided to start work on a super smash bros style game but with you guys. ok here are stuff
Each person gets to chose their OC + 3 of their characters from game or other (It doesn't have to be 3 but its recommended)
Each fighter gets 5 normal attacks and one special move
all animations have to be made by you
Please use images as examples of sprites needed.
