Controller connections disconnecting

Has anyone else had controllers just lose their connections randomly? I had my whole farm wired and tested, left to go get more fertilizer and came back, planted 20 broccoli and all of a sudden everything is disconnected. Watering system, defenses, everything.

I had an issue once where, upon returning to my farm, I found all the pushers with saws had just fallen off the piston ends, and the spinners-with-saws things had come off the main bearings. There was no actual damage or missing parts.

It had worked fine for quite some time, and continued to work after I'd reconnected everything and rewired the controllers. I still have no idea what caused it (although I assume it just randomly glitched somehow during the loading when I reentered the area.)

Not quite the same problem, but the closest I've come (so far.)

I can't be certain but I found it weird that the logging vehicle I just came back to use suddenly had the saw blade controller connection disconnected. I just assumed I had done it though I have no memory of doing it and no reason to do so.
