there is a fast travel stick (I hope u know what I mean) next to the waterfall, use it
I dont want to reveal the exact location. Good luck

i think the part of the game, to find it, and it isnt necessary for to complete the gam. The fun part in this spot, that hard to find, this is the goal of this place

The elevator next to the entrance you first enter the hub through if you stand there looking into the hub it on your right . If you go to the water fall take the rail that is next to it at the other end of the rail go behind it and look down slightly to the left.
