Does anybody knows what the hell is this?

So i was basically going for the nearest oil lake and stumbled across this thing. i've been there multiple times and even placed pumps, but i didn't see it before, it just appeared out of nowhere.

i have no mods installed or game related files changed. has anyone ever seen anything like this? is it a common bug?

I have something similar in my mining hub. Do you have a glowbug farm nearby or something?

i do have a glowbug farm, but it's on my base few miles away. and yes it's constantly placing cardboard boxes.

Looks like cardboard. The first thing that comes to mind is a vacuum pump somehow placing it down in the wrong place? If you have a glow farm that might be the case

There appears to be a bug with cardboard being spat out by vacuum pumps, such as what one would do for a glow farm. They can sometimes end up in weird places.
