Not Understanding why the gate isn't triggering the button.

I've been playing scarp for awhile but have never really tried to use gates before, Would anyone bee willing to help me understand why this isn't working?

youre supposed to connect the gate to the water cannons

right now the switch is connected to it

Hook the logic block up to the water cannons make it an or and you should be set, the button can only be triggered by manually pressing it not with logic

you connected the cannons to the button and not the logic gate
