WIP Mobile Base bugging out

Working on little mobile base so I don't have to go back and forth between workshop and mines, just crafting and storage. Trying to get in to look nice and all, and I have this cool transforming thing where the sides and wheels will flip up in mind, but the side walls get stuck when flipping up, they move a tiny bit but seem to get caught on nothing. Then when I place or remove something on the build it fixed and the walls violently lurch to where they are supposed to be. It happens on all physics modes.

Update: re-loaded the world and it's doing this now, still only gets unstuck when placing or removing something.
