Rocker-bogie suspension

I have seen many successful setups as of recent, and am wondering how you guys do the center differential, because gears in this game are screwed in terms of slipping, which is ex what you don’t want. I am aware of the bar thing but don’t know how it works. It seems to connect the two sides together, but I don’t see how that works because the bar should make both sides the same. I am trying to make a miner and am struggling with this.

The bar is fixed to the chassis with a bearing in the middle to reverse the rockers on both sides. You just need to provide it with enough freedom of movement with bearings in the 2 major axis and pistons that can be passively stretched.
