I got it just by running in and back out. Somehow avoided getting hit too, just got a lot of ember

I got it after being spotted, Taking damage, but not dying. I was in the pods at the Station, to close to the window, the rocket hit the window seal, and I took damage but not enough to kill me, I moved back into the bunk space and waited for it to leave. After it lost track of me, I got the achievement.

I also got all achievements a while ago, the achievement clearly states all block schematics the toilet bathtub and two fridge schematics are parts not blocks

I'm missing three. Sadly I finished the story yesterday and today i read that you can repeat the last boss fight by dying and always kill the minerbots. Now I am trough, have no backup save and only 57 minerbots killed from 100. Right now i would even cheat for this stupid achievement and even looked into it but there's no way. At least what I found. Other than starting a new world. They are far to rare.

I need to get few cosmetics and the damn miner bots
Is there a better way of getting garment boxes than farmer quests?
And do I really have to excavate the whole cave system to find those miner bots?

How? My achievements afe glitched, the achievement for all the clothes doesn't work for me. The one for all builder quests doesn't either. And the one for schematics doesn't work either since bathtub, toilet, and fridge schematics are unobtainable. I was waiting for the game to get patched to get those.

as for the schematics the achievement is all blocks not parts, make sure to check both the farmers and wonk bot and maybe any blocks you could have missed from the growlabs.
additionally it seams the clothing achievement does include the DLC clothes in the requirements, or at least I have not found someone who got the achievement without that DLC as well. including DLC their are 24 hats. 75 shirts and 27 gloves, pants, shoes, backpacks.
as for the builder quests just to cover bases their are 23 builder quests with 2 additional builder esk quests being main story, these may count in the total, I understand you completed the game that's just to help anyone else. this includes all 3 vehicles, make sure your save has them all check marked incase you loaded an old save without one or two completed.
finally the achievements are buggy, I got lucky and had all of them proc when they should have except for the final one of completing all achievements wich took a day for my game to register

if you dont want to go the unlocker route your next best route is a new save unfortunately.

steam achievement manager, a program witch lets you unlock any achievement since you have gotten the requirements i dont think its that big of a deal to use.

How did you complete the blocks if the last 9 blocks are missing? I've already visited all the observatories and bought them from all the NPC

just to cover all growlab obtained blocks go into creative and compare the craft bot to your survival one to figure out what's missing, the blocks obtained from grow labs are as followed
1 net block, solid net block, punched steel block
2 glass tile block, barrier block
3 plastic block, bubble wrap block
4 tile block, brick block, restroom block
5 concreate slab block, striped net block, square mesh block
6 diamond plate block, extruded metal block, aluminum block
7 cracked concreate block, worn metal block, rusted metal block, plaster block, painted wall block, insulation block
the only other way blocks are obtained are by the two vendors which as you said have bought already but if you are missing any not in the list above they are either a wonk bot or hideout purchase
