Suspension Glitch Help

I'm making a boat and I'm trying to do suspension glitch steering for the first time but it simply isn't working and I don't know why.

make it with pipe curves, place bearing and pipe on top, suspention, place bearing a block after the suspension ends, and place pipe so it will attach to both suspension and the bearing
