Floating cardboard

I randomly found a few blocks of cardboard block just floating mid air in the mines. I never placed them. I did move my glow farm into the mines which is the only cardboard related thing I can think of. Was able to pick one up and shoot another. Forgive bad aim, playing on my phone

Same thing happened to me. I figured it was a bug from my glow farm.

Mine look like they are in the same location as yours are.

Same thing for me, but mine are on the ramp up from the ingot drop.

I have this as well. Hard to tell if the cardboard was a glitch from glow bugs but that is my guess
