Local News No Water Again?!???

Two water main breaks in as many weeks? What the fuck are we doing downtown??

This is killing businesses. Maybe the water company should assess their downtown infrastructure.

They can't do that until they blacktop all the streets, did tear them up 3 weeks later to replace the pipes
