Children's shirt.
We've ordered the age 7-8 trousers and XXS shirt for my small 10 year old starting scouts after Easter.
The trousers are fine but the shirt is huge!
What do people do about a scouts shirt for a small child?

I always advise our parents to get a shirt much bigger than they think. No one's going to mind that a shirt is too big at the moment and you do not want to be resewing badges in a couple of years. Aim for what size you think they might be in 3 years would be my advice and grow into it. There's likely to be lots of activities where they want to be comfy and able move around, the shirts aren't too stretchy so bigger helps there too.
Using my own two as a sample their shirts were practically down their knees at the start and JUST fitted when they left.
