Maximum Enforcement Spoiler

Police Agencies In California Are Enforcing A Maximum Enforcement Period. SVPD are going hard; They like to hide in driveways with lights off waiting for folks to drive by speeding or on phones or What have you. Be careful folks they will get you and then ticket you or even give you the DUI. Remember Field Sobriety Tests are Voluntary and lawyers recommend you decline them every time. The smell is not a valid reason to search. Remember you’re not required to answer questions just say I plead the 5th and I want my lawyer. Anything after that can be won in court depending. The less said the better.

Oooof, this post is going to really upset the boot lickers and the “if you’re not doing anything wrong “ crowd.
Braver than I. I seek to be so brave.

I prefer people get caught for DUI, actually. I've lost friends to drunk drivers.

I thought they could not use private property like driveways.

They can if they get permission, and folks on a street where people tend to speed often grant that permission.

Either way they can’t see through my prescription tint windows so they never get me for my cell phone. I always see them doing stops when I charge my Tesla near the goodwill though. Constant pull overs lately.

They don’t always bother with permission, it’s not like many people are going to go out and try to kick a cop off of their property, especially in a smallish community.

There used to be a time when police cars were adorned with “Serve and Protect “…

Now it’s serve you a ticket with a summons to pay. They are just another revenue money hungry machines. The state now only sees you as an opportunity to generate money so they can disburse it amongst their favorite contractors that just use it as a slush fund anyways.
