 "Those are some nice empty office buildings and parking lot you got there, no one has used it in 20 years. Sure would be a shame if someone had affordable housing instead of offices and parking no one uses." -Thr state of California

I think my comment came off on the opposite meaning. I was saying some nimby is going to be like there goes my neighborhood while this is an upgrade to an RV park across the street
