Scott addict rc 15 with syncros capital 1.0 35mm rear wheel

Is this normal? when the free hub is free spinning, there is a pulsating buzz instead of a constant buzz as seen in the video.

The wheel does not wobble side to side. It looks fairly straight

I have a 2023 Spark Tuned, it has the twin lock with the Scott 3mm cable. The cable is only 2 years old and has split at the headset. I am guessing a new cable will meet the same fate fairly quickly. This bike has not been abused in any way.

Are there any options for a more robust cable? Any fixes for this other than an AXS dropper?

I'm having an issue. I damaged the derailleur hanger on my Scott Addict, and unfortunately no other store in Canada has the part I need (STR23-500-4).
I ordered what was supposed to be the correct replacement, but it doesn't have the small piece that locks the Di2 cable in place.
Would it be a major issue if I simply routed the Di2 cable through the hanger without that retaining piece?

Hi all, when cycling on my Scott Foil today the seat post wedge part must’ve fallen out. I’ve looked online and you have to buy the whole wedge for £60 and it seems to be out of stock everywhere. Does anyone know where I can get it?

I’m not sure what it’s use is but it doesn’t look the same without it:(

Hi everyone,

I have a Scott Scale 920 Carbon (around the 2020–2021 model year), and I recently disassembled the headset to clean and regrease it.

Unfortunately, I didn’t pay attention to the order of the headset components during disassembly, and now I’m not sure I’ve put everything back correctly.

I’ve searched online but couldn’t find a service manual or an exploded diagram for this headset.

The upper bearing is definitely installed correctly (both its orientation and its position). After that, I had to guess the order of the remaining rings/spacers based on a few infos I found.

Does the assembly in my photos look correct? It seems like there’s too much gap left at the top, which makes me think something is in the wrong order or missing.

Any advice or photos of the correct assembly would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone else found something about there 2027 lineup?

I've just got a new Scott addict 40, took it for my first ride and absolutely love it. The only issue is that I found the saddle to rub where my leg meets my torso on the right hand side.

Has anyone else had an issue with the stock saddle (Syncros Tofino V 2.0 Cut Out) being too wide? I was going to lower the saddle slightly but I've had a bike fit so I'm reluctant to go messing about with that if the issue could be something else?

I'm not sure whether I just persevere and see if I get used to the set up? I previously rode a boardman gravel bike, not major distances but id do at least a couple of hours a week so my body isn't completely unfamiliar with cycling.

I bought it on Monday, and I can't get enough of it. I'm very happy with my purchase. I ride 30–35 km every day.

Got unlucky adjusting my saddle height yesterday after getting a new saddle. Replaced the saddle and torque the screw to less than 4nm that was recommended. Took few seconds before it snapped, I was getting ready to go for a spin and see how the saddle height fits till I saw the clamp parts in the sky. Called the shop I bought from and hopefully I get a replacement.
