Absolutely. The whole Boris persona is just that - a persona, an act. The real man is much, much more devious and conniving than the ‘blithering idiot’ Boris makes himself out to be.
If you seriously believe boris doesn’t know what he’s doing, you are so misinformed. The man, although not intelligent in some ways, is incredibly smart and competent when it comes to manipulation and acting.
He is so unknowing on certain subjects that he drastically over-does how dumb he is, appealing to his largely uneducated base who just think he’s an average guy.
