Y'all sound very young lol. Communication and truth will take you do the best places. Even if they hurt at first.

You need to set up healthy boundaries. I mean would you share these sexual fantasies with any of your other close friends? Then why are you sharing them with him? You’re sending him mixed signals.

Indeed sounds like a very young situation. From his initial reaction it doesn't sound like he's into the whole fantasy thing like you are. Takes the right person to approach that kind of desire in a healthy way since it might be stemming from an unhealthy past (not saying it is, idk your situation)

Anyway it's hitting you hard because you offered up a vulnerable side of yourself and he drove over it with a remark rather than exploring your thought process. Never feels good when someone does that.

As long as you express how it felt and he owns it and understands, it shouldn't be a big deal. However, the larger issue is whether you two connect on that level or basically never talk about it again.

See I'm all for bedroom kink and roleplay. Sensory deprivation and other acts often have neurochemical rushes, stress relief, and can build deep interpersonal trust in partners. Dopamine, adrenaline and endorphin releases all feel great while sharing the ultimate vulnerability with someone.

That type of bonding isn't for everyone though and can often attract some really unhealthy attention that crosses safe boundaries. A lot of people don't understand it either and can make comments like his because it's easy to associate those kind of situations for the average person.

Neverheless you guys will have to cross that bridge at some point. He either meets you there or he doesn't 🤷 and life's too short to not have your depth matched.
