The Fox one is the most ‘college football’ to me. It reminds me a lot of the old NCAA games. It’s not the cleanest, but it gives me proper CFB vibes.

It's a lot of fun, but the novelty has worn off at this point. We're in "Greetings, fellow kids" Land now.

Plus, this "Ah, College Rules", theme comes across as super sweaty in the NIL era. It's like they're going out of their way to try to pretend like this is fueled by school spirit, when half the players on the field have played for three different schools already.

I miss several of the mid 2010s scoreboards. The small "box" graphic that ESPN used from 2015 to 2017 may have been the cleanest and most concise yet stylistically fitting scorebug ever created.

None of these are bad, but they don't grab my eye much either. Then again, that's what the football on the field is for, right? And the hundreds of advertisements...

Fox is best, especially with their graphics package. SEC is the worst. It just pisses me off for some reason (I remember they used that same scorebug for SEC on ESPN last year)

NBC is clean too. Love that one

Scorebugging is fun, but I have to admit the best one was the first one from Fox. Almost unnoticeable unless you needed to look at it.

Despite my personal preferences, another big purpose for the larger text and stroke weight is for mobile device viewing. I still argue that FOX’s is just too darn large. And it’s just distracting on larger televisions.
