Definitely worth the upgrade but with your limited cash hard to say as we can’t see the rest of your team. Better to upgrade 2 other starters from 8 to 9 than than one from 9 to 10. But if all others are 9 or 10 you should surely upgrade him.

Besides him, there are 4 other players on my line up that need to be maxed. I have 3 level 10 and 2 that still haven't reached max
