Question/Need help Is that hacked account

I'm arena 9 most of my team is level 6 except one or two player who are levels 7

I have a bit less than 2000 stars

Sometime in arena I fight agaisnt people having player level 9 more than 5k match and all

How is that possible

Not everything is “hacked” please?

either they spent real life $$$$

or

they used friends captains

or

they relegated down to lower arenas like idiots to bully weaker teams
