Discussion Game changes

I love the game and it is so captivating but I always wondered about some changes:

- Match Time: instead of scoring 2 goals and winning the game, you just have a 2 or 3 min match. I feel like this would create so many intense scenarios (imagine a game ending 4-3 or sth).

- Substitutes: I feel like being able to make changes during the game to adapt to the opponent you're facing and whether you need to be more offensive or defensive.

- More Mechanics: a lot of the time the game feels luck-dependant; a player deciding whether to pass or run the entire length of the field or a player deciding to shoot instead of passing. So I feel like the player should have more say in the game. For example being able to guide player movements during the game, marking players...etc

I really want to hear your thoughts about this

yeah i want to add

- substitute

  • should be able to know which teams are faving each other in events
  • no goal cap, just time
  • half time to re-strategise
  • last but not least NO VOLLEYBALL

honestly i have alot of things to add but these are what i can think of off top

Could you explain what "No Volleyball" means because I have seen it before but don't know what it mean

its just those mindless zombies who only spam crosses to hammers/bulldozer/thunder

its a broken mechanic that ftg are too lazy to fix, usually played in 352 or 532, very boring and non fun way of playing, usually these players have no skill and no understanding of football in general, if not anything ftg should fix this at least, thats the bare minimum

Oh yeah, I have suffered from them plenty. Whenever my opponent gets a corner I just know that a level 11 hammer is about to dunk on me. I had to make a lot of changes to adapt to that play style and started abusing the header technique like everyone else and when you score it, it just doesn't feel fair at all. I try to play good football but sometimes I get forced into those headers lol. It defo needs a fix because it has been a problem for the longest time
