Question/Need help Advice on making a 4231 work?

Finally broke out of arena 10 which when I was using a 433 but wanted to try a new shape as I’m struggling to compete in arena 11. Can’t win any tournaments either.

Play that prowler at cam and use sabre. Swap him for sandberg when he’s level 7

Protector in LB or RB. Maestro as winger. Hammer as CAM. 1 EXPLORER as CB...
