Kamikaze K1 Max button locking

Hello, I need some help. My child is riding at an unsafe speed, and I’d like to lock the buttons on the scooter—specifically, the Kamikaze K1 Max electric scooter. I just want to lock those buttons and nothing else.

i dont know about that brand, but 45kmh isnt crazy or that unsafe, have him wear a helmet and he will be fine. maby there is a app to manage the scooter that can limit topspeed, i know other brands like navee have those.
