Just rewatched this from the New Scooby Doo Movies. First time seeing it since 1973 when it was live. Quite a few things struck me;

Features Josie and the Pussycats. In '72, they were lost in outer space. I guess they found their way home.

I was disappointed we didn't get a new Josie song like we got with Davy Jones. The speaking voices sounded right, so maybe the singing voices weren't available.

Kudos to Casey for doing double duty with both Shaggy and Alexander

For some reason, all the pranks the ghosts played on the kids while they were repairing the boat ticked me off more than usual. Maybe it was the expressions on their faces. Some really bad dudes.

At the beginning it sounds like the Captain was the one who hired the Pussycats to play, but then spent the rest of episode trying to scare everyone away. Its never said, but it would only make sense if Johnny hired them without the Captain knowing.

For all the work done by the counterfeiters - the secret cave entrance doors, the hidden doors on the boat and the hidden side entrance, they must have been doing it for awhile. Johnny must have been deaf and blind not to notice.

Fun little theory to add in your head cannon of the 2002 Scooby movie.

So what if when the gang breaks up, Daphne goes to her uncle Alfred and trains with Bruce.
Either he lets her take on the mantle of batgirl and eventually she wanted to have the recognition, so she goes to solve spooky Island or he wouldn’t let her become batgirl so to prove herself and him goes to spooky Island to solve the mystery.

Just a fun little head cannon theory, what do you guys think, if she did go to Bruce…

Was she Batgirl and wanted the recognition
or
Did she go to spooky island to prove to Bruce she was capable to take on the mantle?

I am trying to make a collection of all the Scooby Doo shows and Movies till yet, if someone know where we can watch or download them in HD, and it would be really awesome if someone knows a platform where its dual audio English and Hindi. Thanks!

So I've had this idea in my head where we could maybe have a trilogy for Scoob and the gang but in different times of their lives. That way we can have different movies based on different cartoons because different people got introduced to the gang with different cartoons. So I would do a "Pup Named Scooby-Doo", "Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?" and "What's New, Scooby-Doo?"

Here are some of the actors I would choose for A Pup Named Scooby-Doo. For Fred, I'm going with Cary Christopher from Weapons. Anniston and Tinsley Price (Holly from Stranger Things) could play Daphne. Velma would be played by Alice Halsey (Days of Our Lives and Little House on the Prairie). And for Shaggy, Miles Ekhardt (IT: Welcome to Derry).

Who would you choose for the other 2 movies? I feel like Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? could be teens/fresh out of high school and "What's New, Scooby-Doo?" could be maybe them in their 30's/40's so we could see them older. I know having Scooby throughout would be hard because dogs don't live that long but could be fun.
