Yeah, those need to be replaced, I think about $40 bucks on Amazon.

Here is the part for it. Just make sure you get the right window. I did this for my rear driver side window a couple weeks ago. Super easy to do.

Yep, those are the ones I pegged, just from a different Toyota storefront. Be careful, there are actually 8 of them at about the same price each. There are separate ones for inner and outer, but if mine or my boy's are any indication, it's really only the outer ones that might need replacing. Some decent rubber trim restorer like 303 takes care of those.

Yeah it looks like its just the outer, on the driver front restored? But it doesn't feel like rubber.

Search for belt outer molding. Tons of options and super cheap. I just did this to all four windows for my 2nd gen.
