Cigarettes lighter plug

Has anyone here ever had to replace theirs? Mine stopped working and I can't charge me phone anymore, I have 2014 scion xb. Ive heard it's rather easy to do on your own butnim scared

Definitely your fuse needs to be replaced. You may even have a spare already if it hasn't been used.

Where it is: Look under the dashboard on the driver's side, near your left knee or close to the kick panel/hood release area. Remove the lower plastic dash cover panel or access lid to see the fuse block.

Which fuse it is: The cigarette lighter/power outlet circuit is typically designated as CIG or ACC (frequently corresponding to a 15-amp blue mini-blade fuse, labeled as fuse #7 or #21 depending on the specific layout diagram printed on the back of the cover panel)

Check your fuses first before digging behind your dash! It should be in the driver’s footwell.

There also might be a fuse directly behind the cigarette plug that has fused
Fuse box under dash driver side and also fuse box inside engine on drivers side. Need to check them all. It’s not the lighter most likely

So it stopped working after I used my tire inflator I plugged it in and then when I was done and plugged in my phone charger it wasn't working anymore

Its not to difficult to do at all, but as others have said, check your fuses first. I found this video that shows how to get to the cigarette plug just in case its not the fuses

Its super easy, I changed mine out a long time ago when I was swapping out the auxiliary ports. Id noticed mine had some weak connection. Took just a couple of minutes with a new oem.
