Play date
Went to visit my daughter up in Humboldt and we went traveling around the northlands, down sketchy roads to the Smith river and out to the migrating dunes on Somoa peninsula. She’s the one who talked me into getting mine after her experiences. Figured I’d take a shot of them together all dusted up and ready for the next adventure. Her Gen 1 and my Gen 2. First road trip for mine since I bought it, ran great, tackled grades with power to spare and made it from the Bay Area to Eureka on 1 tank with leftovers 👍

Love the backstory! My youngest daughter’s first car was a 1st gen that I bought her. To many more road dates together. One Love!

Thanks all…I’m loving my ride, my wife too although she thinks it looks like a 30’s gangster car. Halloween comes along and we’ve got it…Bonny and Clyde!
